Eagle Game is operated by Averonix Highland Inc. This policy explains how we handle information on eaglegamers.com, our installable web app, member accounts, SC wallet, and related support services. Eagle Game is intended for people in the United States who are at least 21 years old. We do not knowingly offer accounts to people under 21; please contact us if you believe someone under 21 has provided us with information.

• Account details: your username, email address, password credentials, email verification status, and a US phone number if you save one. We store password verification data rather than your readable password.
• Google sign-in: if you choose Google, we receive the information needed to identify your Google account and its email address. Google handles the sign-in step.
• Wallet and orders: SC balances and activity, deposit and redemption amounts, methods, order references, status, timestamps, and payout destination details needed to process your request. Payment providers handle payment details within their own checkout or processing flow.
• Game platform activity: the platform accounts connected to your Eagle Game account, account actions, balance requests, and related transaction records. Some platforms have separate credentials and balances.
• Support and security: messages you send us, login activity, IP addresses, browser or device information, and order IP addresses used for account support, fraud prevention, and operational review.

We use this information to create and protect accounts; verify email and sign-ins; provide platform access; show and maintain SC balances and records; process deposits and redemptions; apply eligible promotions; answer support requests; investigate errors or suspicious activity; and operate and improve the site. We may also use records to meet applicable legal, accounting, and dispute requirements.

We share only the information needed with providers that help deliver a feature you use. This can include Google for sign-in, payment and payout processors for orders, game platform operators for account and balance actions, and hosting, database, email, or support services. For example, a platform account request may require your Eagle Game account details and, for a supported platform, your saved phone number. Those services may process information under their own privacy policies.

Links from Eagle Game may open separate game, payment, or social services. Their privacy practices apply when you use them. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not treat a game platform account as the same account as your Eagle Game login.

We use cookies to keep you signed in and to protect sign-in flows. Your browser may also store preferences such as music settings and cached files for the installable web app. You can clear these through your browser, but doing so may sign you out or reset preferences.

On selected public pages, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits. We send page paths without query parameters and have turned off Google Signals and advertising personalization signals in our site configuration. Account, wallet, profile, admin, and email verification pages do not load our analytics script. Browser controls and extensions may let you limit analytics.

You can review your account and wallet information after signing in, update your saved phone number and password in Personal Center, and sign out at any time. If you want to ask about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account, email us at support@eaglegamers.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain records required for transactions, security, or legal obligations.

We use access controls, protected account sessions, and technical safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please keep your credentials private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.

We keep information while it is needed to provide your account and services, resolve disputes, protect the site, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Retention can differ by record type. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or take steps to de-identify it where practical.
